The kitchen contains all ammenities of home: stove, oven, fridge and freezer, microvawe, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, plates, glasse, cutlery and other cooking utilities and kitchenware. Balcony with a table and chairs is facing a silent park on the western side of the building.
The apartment is located at the 3rd floor of a smaller residential building with elevator therefore suitable also for elderly. The city centre as well as the hill of Marjan and the beaches of the western side of Split can all be easily reached by foot in 5-10 minutes walking. On street parking places free of charge are available in the street and in the surrounding area, less than a minute walking from the building.
