Referent d.o.o. agencija je za poslovno savjetovanje, property management i web marketing. Već 15 godina primarna aktivnost agencije je upravljanje nekretninama, oglašavanje i usluge savjetovanja vezane za turizam. Našim klijentima nudimo cijeli paket usluga; od oglašavanja (booking), čišćenja do kompletne usluge upravljanja nekretninom po sistemu "ključ u ruke" (full). Našim gostima s druge strane nudimo sve što je potrebno za ugodan i bezbrižan boravak u našoj destinaciji; od usluge smještaja, info centra do organizacije tura i izleta te najma vozila i transfera. Naš tim su 4 neovisna referenta od kojih je svatko specijaliziran za pojedine poslove upravljanja nekretninama odnosno uslugama za goste. Naši klijenti su vlasnici soba, apartmana, kuća za odmor i villa s područja grada Splita i splitsko-dalmatinske županije, i naši i vaši gosti, iz svih krajeva Svijeta.

Fantastic hosts, great apartment, awesome location! Immediately after the booking, the hosts reached out to say hello. As the days passed and we were closer to our visit, the hosts shared various information including how to get from the airport to the apartment, check in instructions, places to visit and things to do in Split. When we arrived we noticed that the apartment was in top condition. Everything was like the photos and extremely clean. We also requested to leave the apartment some time after checkout to accommodate our departure from Split. The hosts were kind and flexible enough to allow us to do so.

If you're looking for the perfect accommodation in Split, here it is. We spent 7 wonderful days here. The accommodation offers everything you need (big and comfy rooms, AC & a kitchen). Also, the location is perfect. You will have everything close by: supermarkets, the old town, a vegetable market. The beaches and Marjan Park are not far away either But the best thing about the accommodation are the hosts. Very warm people who help you with every request and take great care of their guests. Thank you again for your help and for making our vacation so nice! :)

Amazing! Not only the apartment but the host, Umberto. This guy went above and beyond the role of any host. From meeting me at the airport, to taking me for a coffee with a wonderful mountain side view of the city whilst the apartment was prepared for my check in, as I'd arrived early. To top it all, as I hadn't had time to change my money, he left me with some local currency to buy another coffee whilst he went to check the apartment was ready. FIVE STAR. The apartment is secure, clean, has absolutely everything you might need from a washing machine to excellent wifi signal, satellite and air con. It has one of the most comfortable, massive beds I've slept in. There was a bottle of wine along with some essentials to help me settle in. The apartment is located a stones throw from the old town, marina, the port and the local beach. Such a great and comfortable apartment I would recommend it to anyone without a moments hesitation.
