Welcome to our Apartment Split web site; the finest selection of apartments, studio apartments and rooms for rent in the city of Split and nearby. We also offer holiday houses, villas and apartments for rent on the Dalmatian islands and in other top touristic destinations on the Dalmatian shore. Each accommodation is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning/heating and free of charge WI-FI Internet connection. Linen, bed sheets and towels are provided and included in price.

All the apartments, rooms, villas, houses and other accommodation we advertise are legal services, registered at Croatian National Board of Tourism. All the operators that provide transfer services, rent-a-car services, walking tours and day trips & excursions, are professional, reliable and licensed local agencies and local guides.
HOW TO BOOK YOUR STAY
In order to make a reservation of the accommodation you choose, please use our Contact form indicating which apartment, room, house or villa are you interested in. You can also use the "Send Enquiry" button you will find within each accommodation profile.
Fill out the form with your contact details, check in date, check out date and number of persons and send us enquiry inlcluding additional notes with your questions. We respond to all your enquiries within 24 hours or less!
Payments and reservations
Once you receive the availability confirmation and price offer, upon your request, we will send you the invoice for the anticipation payment: 25% of rental fee for the apartments and rooms and 30% of total cost for the houses and villas. The anticipation can be paid by bank transfer (the invoice we send you contain owner's bank account details) or, in some cases, through PAYPAL (+10% of the anticipation cost. The balance is to be paid in cash upon your arrival in the accommodation. Upon request, bank transfer and/or Paypal, can also be used for the balance payment, up to 15 days prior to your check in date.
