This 72 square meter, fully equipped, comfortable vintage apartment, is ideally located in the city center, just few steps away from the Diocletian's palace and the old town of Split.

The apartment is ideal for couples, small families and groups for up to 5 persons. It has one large bedroom, another bedroom or living room, kitchen and bathroom. The interior of the apartment is in vintage 70's style, equipped with simple furniture, a combination of classic arrangement and modern amenities, which makes this apartment a great letting for a pleasant stay in the heart of Split.

One bedroom has a large double bed, while the other one is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed and a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub, toilette and a washing machine. Hair dryer also available. The kitchen is completely equipped with cooking utensils, fridge, freezer, oven, stove, toaster, coffee maker and kettle / water boiler. WI-FI Internet, cable TV and air conditioning / heating all available. Linen / bed sheets, towels, soap and toilette paper are all provided and included in rental price.

The apartment is located on the -1 floor of the building (from the main entrance), with both bedrooms / living room facing the ground floor courtyard in the back of the building. All major attractions as well as the city port, main bus and train station are within 10 minutes walking distance. If you are arriving by car, please note that the apartment is located in the city center and parking places are mainly on payment (100 m from the apartment). Some 100 meters from the apartment there is also a small parking lot free of charge (parking place not guaranteed).
