Welcome to our villa Solta, countryside villa with private pool located in the village of Donje Selo on the island of Solta in Croatia. Authentic dalmatian style house is a combination of antique elements and modern amenities, situated in a peaceful oasis in the island's hinterland, approximately 1 km from the sea. The location is great for complete relaxation, far away from crowded touristic destinations and city centres, ideal place for families with children and all those who are looking for a no-stress holiday.
Our accommodation is suitable for up to 6 persons, providing a great set of amenities, both inside and outside the house.
Inside the house there are 2 bedrooms, both equipped with king size antique beds, a large living room with kitchen and dining area, a bathroom and another room for children. WI-FI Internet, air conditioning / heating, SAT TV and fireplace are all available in the villa.
In the living room there are two sofas by the fireplace and satellite TV, great area for relaxation in all seasons of the year. Next to the living room there is a dining area with table and chairs menawhile on the other part of the house there is a kitchen, completely equipped with fridge and freezer, stove, oven, dish washer, kettle, plates, cutlery and other cooking utensils. The bathroom is equipped with shower box, washing machine and toilette, providing hair dryer, toilette paper, soap and shampoo.
In front of the house there is a large patio with table and chairs and a private swimming pool (28 sqm) available in mid and high season (natural water, not heated). At the taerrace you can also prepare barbecue/grill and enjoy your meals by the pool. Private parking is available next to the property entrance.

PAYMENTS AND RESERVATIONS:
Booking secured by 30% advanced payment and confirmation. 70% on the arrival date. Anticipation payments can be made via bank transfer (+bank expenses), or by credit / debit card or Paypal (+3,5% of payment cost). Balance in cash in HRK or in € / US$ according to the Croatian National Bank (HNB) exchange rate on the day of payment. Security deposit not required.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Prices are in € per house per one night or week stay. VAT and all taxes included, no extra fees.
MINIMUM STAY: 7 NIGHTS
Changeover day: Saturday from 30.06. till 01.09. Flexible in all other periods of the year.

Villa Solta is a great place for relaxing but at the same time an ideal starting point to explore the island, it's hinterland, villages and beaches. The island of Solta is one of the most authentic Croatian islands considered to be a true Mediterranean, as it once was. Solta is famous for olives, good wine and great extra vergin olive oil, figs, honey and delicious local gastronomy. The island is less than 20 km long and 5 km wide which makes it a perfect small place for a great holiday. Solta can be reached by ferries from Split in less than one hour ride, with 6 daily connections in the high season and therefore particularly suitable also for visiting the town of Split and other touristic destinations in Dalmatia, yet avoiding traffic jams, crowded shore beaches and staying in a quite place in the middle of untouched nature.
