APARTMENT SPLIT CROATIA

This 50 square meter, fully equipped, comfortable apartment on a 3rd floor of a small residential building is ideally located on a quiet side street in a green area of Split on the foot of the Marjan park. On the way to the city center which is less than five minutes away you will find bakeries, supermarkets, daily open greenmarket, coffee shops, fast food eateries and restaurants.

The apartment location is also a great starting point for walking, hiking and biking in the nature. The beaches of the northern part of the Split peninsula are within 5 to 10 minutes walk from the apartment, while the whole area is well equipped with sport facilities (basketball playgrounds, futsal, rent a bike, ...).

The apartment is ideal for couples, small families and groups up to 4 persons. It has one large bedroom, another bedroom or living room, kitchen and bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other one is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower box, toilette and a washing machine. Hair dryer also available.

The kitchen is completely equipped with cooking utensils, fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle / water boiler.
