APARTMENT SPLIT CROATIA

Spacious and comfortable 80 square meters apartment for up to 6 persons located in Spinut area, one of the best Split quarters. This fully equipped 4* apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen with dining area, 2 bathrooms and balcony.

One bedrooms is equipped with an extra large king size double bed (180 x 200 cm) meanwhile in the other bedroom there are 2 single beds, 90 x 200 cm each. The kitchen is completely equipped and provides all the amenities of home:  Stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Moka coffee maker, plates, glasses, cutlery and other cooking equippment and utensils. Within the kitchen there is also a dining area with table and chairs. In the large living room there is a queen size sofa bed (150 x 200 cm) where additional 2 persons can sleep. At the balcony there are chairs and a mini table, great place for relaxing and for smokers as it is the only area in the apartment where smoking is allowed. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, each with a shower box and toilette.

WI-FI Internet and cable Internet access, air conditioning / heating, cable LCD TV with international channels, safe box, washing machine and dish washer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner and other utilities, all available in the apartment.

Linen / bed sheets and towels are provided and included in price. Smoking is allowed only at the balcony. Pets are not accepted.

The apartment is located close to the city center of Split and close to all main attractions in town. It is situated on the first floor of a smaller residential building in a green park area of Spinut quarter.
