Sea View Ciovo Holiday House is located in the village of Mastrinka, on the northern side of the island of Ciovo, less than 30 meters from the sea and the beach. A mini market, bar and restaurant are all close to the accommodation whereas 200 m away there is also a supermarket for complete shopping needs.
The house has 2 floors, each of them consisting of one separate apartment:
On the ground floor there is an apartment for 5 persons, equipped with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, toilette and a terrace. One bedroom contains 2 single beds while in the other one there is a double bed for 2 people. In the living room there is also an extra sofa/bed suitable for 1 person. The kitchen on the ground floor is equipped for cooking as it contains the oven, stove and fridge with the freezer. In the living room there is a table with chairs and the sofa/bed meanwhile from the terrace you can enjoy a relaxing view at the garden, situated on the seaside.
The apartment on the upper floor is suitable for 6 persons. This apartment is equipped with 2 bedrooms, kitchen with a living room, toilette and a 15 square meters terrace from which you can enjoy a relaxing sea view. The kitchen of this apartment is also equipped for cooking as it contains: oven, stove and fridge with freezer and other cooking facilities and utensils (plates, glases, etc.). One bedroom has 2 single beds while in the other there is a double bed for 2 people. In the living room there is an extra double sofa/bed suitable for other 2 persons. In the toilette there is washing machine.
Bed linen/sheets, towels, soap and toilette paper are provided and included in rental price. The accommodation has air conditioning on both house levels, WIFI Internet connection, private parking and barbecue / grill in the garden.

PAYMENTS AND RESERVATIONS:
Booking secured by 30% advanced payment and confirmation. 70% on the arrival date. Anticipation payments can be made via bank transfer (+bank expenses), or by credit / debit card or Paypal (+3,5% of payment cost). Balance in cash in HRK or in € / US$ according to the Croatian National Bank (HNB) exchange rate on the day of payment. Security deposit not required.

The house is located in the village of Mastrinka, small and quiet place on the northern shore of the Čiovo island. The accommodation is situated approx. 200m from the monastery and church of St. Cross, built in 15th century, one of the most important historical monuments on the island. Few hundred meters from the apartment there are 2 pebbly beaches: one in the direction of Trogir and the other one with bar and a restaurant towards the village of Slatine, on the eastern side of the island. Nevertheless, if you are looking for some privacy and want to fully experience and enjoy the atmosphere of the island, the ideal place for sunbathing and swimming are numerous smaller shaded beaches beneath the stone road after Slatine. These beaches are located approximately 5 km from the accommodation and if you want to rent scooters or bicycles for transportation or to tour the island, near our place there are several rent-a-scooter providers.
