70 sqm comfortable apartment equipped with Wi-Fi Internet connection and air conditioning, ideal for families and groups for up to 5 persons.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and one living room / kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed meanwhile the other one is equipped with 2 single beds.

In the living room there is a double sofa bed for an extra person. Linen / bed sheets, towels, soap, shampoo and toilette paper are all provided and included in rental price.

The bathroom is equipped  with a shower box and sanitary facilities (toilette).

The kitchen is completely equipped with cooking utensils, fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, „Moka“ coffee maker and kettle / water boiler.

WI-FI Internet, cable TV with international channels and air conditioning / heating all available. 

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small residential building in a green area of Split town, on the foot of the Marjan park and therefore the ideal starting point for walking, biking and hiking in the nature. Split Stadium is less than 5 minutes by foot therefore ideal location for Ultra Festival guests.

The beaches of the northern part of the Split peninsula are within 5 to 10 minutes walk from the apartment meanwhile the whole area is well equipped with sport facilities (basketball playgrounds, futsal, rent a bike, …) and playgrounds for children. The centre of the town is less than 5 minutes on foot from the apartment, approximately 300-400 meters far away.
