Spacious, 85 square meter apartment in TOP LOCATION, less than 5 minutes from the Diocletian’s palace & old town of Split and from the sandy beach of Bacvice.
The apartment is suitable for up to 6 persons and it consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living room with kitchen. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140 x 200 cm, single bed and another single bunk bed meanwhile the other bedroom is equipped with a king size double bed, 180 x 200 cm.
The bathrooms are equipped with shower and toilette and one of the bathrooms contains the washing machine, an essential utility for longer stays in the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities of home: electric stove with 4 hot plates, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and other kitchen utilities and cookware.
The living room and the kitchen form a unique space for cooking, dining and relaxing in sofas with an LCD TV with cable international channels. Among other amenities, the apartment is also equipped with a high speed WI-FI Internet and air conditioning.
Linen, bed sheets, towels, soap, toilette paper and hair dryer are all provided, and included in price. The city tax and all the fees are included in price. There are no additional costs of any kind.

Location & surroundings
The apartment is located in-between the third and the fourth floor of a smaller residential building with no elevator, in one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in the city center of Split.
The apartment is about 200 meters far away from the Historical complex of Split with the Diocletian's Palace, UNESCO World Heritage site, and about 300 meters from the most popular beach in town, the sandy city beach of Bacvice.
The harbour, the main bus station (including shuttles from/to the airport) and the train station are all within 5 minutes walking.
Few steps away from the apartment there are plenty of café bars, pubs and restaurants, great area both for daily activities and for evening leisure. The pharmacy, the police station and the post office are just around the corner and the supermarket is just in front of the apartment. The green market, Pazar, an open-air bazar with fresh vegetables, fruits, bread, meat, species, etc. is within 2-3 minutes by foot.
The whole neighbourhood is peaceful and safe, ideal as much as for staying in Split as for exploring the city and the surrounding area, including the nearby islands of Brac and Hvar.
Being in the city center and close to it all, the car is not necessary for your stay at this apartment. However, if you are arriving by car, there are few options for parking, though, please note that we are located in the heart of the town and the parking places free of charge are very limited. The nearest parking free of charge is on street, right in front of the building. In the neighbourhood, nearby, there are other free of charge parking places on street as well as the parking places on payment, which are usually easier to find. Generally though, and especially in high season, the parking places in this area are limited and not easy to find, so the best solution is frequently to use the parking lot on payment which is about 100 meters from the apartment. This parking lot is highly recommended if you need to leave the car for a whole day or longer.
