Comfortable sea view apartment for up to 4 persons located on the third floor of a small family house in Stobrec, a quiet suburban area of Split.
The apartment has one bedroom, a living room with a single sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower box and a balcony with a great sea view. The bedroom is equipped with a king size double bed meanwhile there is enough space for an additional single bed and one extra person. From the balcony, with table and chairs, you can enjoy a great panorama over the sea and the nearby islands. The kitchen within the studio area provides essential utensils for cooking such as stove, fridge with a freezer and other cooking utensils; plates, glasses, pots, etc. Linen, bed sheets and towels are provided and included in price.
WI-FI Internet, air conditioning / heating as well as the cable TV with international channels are all available in the apartment. In front of the house and along the street there are free parking places meanwhile the first beach is only 20 meters from the house.
For your complete enjoyment and relaxing holiday, there is a garden with table and chairs as well as the barbecue / grill available for use in front of the house. Two mountain bikes available for rent at affordable price: 10 € / day for one bike rental.

Location Info
The apartment is located in a quiet area, on the southern side of Stobrec, with great panorama over the channel and the island of Brac. Pebble and concrete beach are less than 20 meters from the house meanwhile in the centre of Stobrec there are other pebble and sand beaches (approx. 300 meters from the apartment).

Stobrec is a small and peaceful touristic destination, ideal place for elderly and families with children as well as for all who enjoy relaxing holidays. Other than beaches, Stobrec is also well known for it's tennis courts and golf court, located near the house, within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Some 20 meters from the apartment there is a café' bar „11 bili“, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon / evening appetizers with a great sea view. 100 meters or less from the house there is „Nikola“ one of the best fish and seafood restaurants in the whole area, somewhat more expensive than others but highly recommended. Other restaurants we recommend in Stobrec are „Struja“ and „Lovacki rog“ for meat, pasta or pizza and „Konoba Argo“, a traditional style Dalmatian trattoria with local food. In the centre of Stobrec you will find fresh fish and vegetables every morning at the piazza, some 100 meters from the house, at the beginning of the promenade. In the town there are also other shops and supermarkets such as „Sezonac“ (150 meters far from the house), „Ribola“ (300 m), Studenac and Tommy (within the camping area, at the entrance of Stobrec, 400 m).
Stobrec is located only 4 km from the centre of Split, therefore also ideal starting point for visiting Split, islands of Brac and Hvar as well as for exploring the Dalmatian coast towards Dubrovnik. Don't miss during your stay to climb the Mosor mountain (10 minutes by car from Stobrec) and enjoy spectacular views and panorama over Split, Stobrec and nearby islands from the peak of the hill.
